The EL-250-5A (EL2505A) is a 1/4λ flexible element for vehicles in the 260MHz band, manufactured by Nippon Antenna. It is a 1/4λ flexible element for vehicle-mounted radios in the 260MHz band. The supported frequency range is 259 to 275MHz. The total length of the element is 250mm, making it 24mm shorter than other 1/4λ whip elements from the same manufacturer. It uses nickel-titanium material and features a flexible structure. The term "flexible" refers to the property of bending gracefully under external force. It can bend like a bow when it hits an obstacle, reducing the risk of breaking. Please use it in combination with the separately sold bases listed below. - For frequencies 260 to 275MHz, use the following bases: WH-BA3-M6-09, WH-BA5-M6-09, WH-BAB-M6-09, WH-BAN-M6-09. - For frequencies 259 to 266MHz and 269 to 275MHz, use the following bases: MG-BA3-09, MG-BA5-09.
